In 1987, Sterling Marketing was launched in London. It brought together a team of senior managers from within leading retailers who enjoyed proven success in the home shopping sector. They had previously found, individually, that other companies were asking them, how best those companies could share in the home shopping boom.

Over the years we have built a client base of leading catalogue and multi-channel retailers. They depend on Sterling for a range of services from strategic and developmental planning, through channel integration and tactical advice, to hands-on project management.

In 2001, Sterling also opened a base in the United States to offer access to new markets for both US and European clients.
