UK launch for major German mail order company.

Problem/opportunity

A major German direct retailer wished to launch in the UK from its continental base. It needed to fully explore the market opportunity, determine the most effective operational process and likely fiscal success.

Our contribution
Sterling was hired to assess the viability of the concept, to develop a business case for the German Board to approve and prepare a detailed implementation plan. Once this was approved, Sterling then developed the transborder operational infrastructure and created budgets, marketing plans and 3 year forecast P&L for the programme.
